3. Scheduling & access
- We work to the schedule agreed with each client, including early-morning, overnight, weekend, and holiday service where arranged.
- You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. If we cannot access the facility as scheduled, the visit may still be billable.
- Please give reasonable notice for cancellations or schedule changes so we can adjust our team.
4. Client responsibilities
To help us deliver our best work, you agree to inform us of any hazards, special instructions, security procedures, or sensitive equipment in advance, and to secure valuables and confidential materials.
5. Payment
Payment terms are set out in your service agreement or invoice. Invoices are due within the period stated. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of service.
6. Satisfaction & concerns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, contact us promptly and we’ll work to make it right. That’s our commitment on every job.
7. Liability
We carry out our work with care, professionalism, and supervision. To the extent permitted by law, AQS is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or issues outside the agreed scope of work. Concerns regarding damage must be reported promptly so we can investigate.
